We welcome all patients for in-person office appointments.

All visits at the clinic are for previously scheduled patients only.
Please do not come in to the office without an appointment.

Do not come in to the office if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms. 
If you are sick, please call our office to reschedule your appointment. No show without cancellation will require a new referral from your family doctor.
